Methods 150 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into study group and control group of 75 patients with chronic heart failure control group treatments, the observation group in the control group nursing intervention on the basis of the implementation of the following: health guidance, psychological care, drug guide, exercise intervention, discharge guidance, the application of Minnesota Life Scale (MHL score) was selected and at 6 months after treatment quality of life questionnaire.
