Of L-carnitine injection in treatment of unstable angina pectoris [Abstract] Objective To observe the L-carnitine (LC) injection in treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) clinical efficacy. Method of the control group 44 cases, conventional anti-ischemic drugs given; LC group, 48 cases in the control group was added based on the LC 3g / d, intravenous infusion, treatment for 15 days; treatment were compared after the end of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS ) angina grading the degree of improvement, the symptoms the degree of improvement, electrocardiogram (ECG) ischemia and the degree of improvement. Results (1) LC group CCS angina classification to improve the overall efficiency (91.7%) and the control group (88.6%) similar difference was not significant; but LC group were efficiency (77.1%) than control group (52.3% ). (2) LC group of symptoms to improve the overall efficiency (93.8%) with the control group (90.9%) similar difference was not significant; but LC markedly effective rate (81.3%) than control group (59.1%). (3) LC group after treatment compared with ECG in the NST and Σ ST before treatment and the control group improved significantly. Conclusion LC treatment of CHD / UAP short-term efficacy of safe, effective, and worthy to be further popularized.
