Methods Hebi Coal Industry Group General Hospital, nearly two years, 206 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results There was no operative deaths, 202 cases of endoscopic surgery to complete (98%), transit laparotomy in 4 cases (2%), complications in 2 cases (1%). Conclusions Compared with traditional laparotomy, laparoscopic surgery with small incision, less bleeding, rapid postoperative recovery, treatment advantages of certainty and ease of care.  Gynecologic minimally invasive technique is the use of hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, colposcopy and other techniques to replace the traditional laparotomy treatment of disease, with less trauma, less pain, faster postoperative recovery, shorter hospital stay, abdominal incision has the advantages of cosmetic results. Minimally invasive surgery in gynecology in China is far more abroad, start late, but after the tireless efforts of several generations of obstetrics and gynecology, minimally invasive technique in our country has made tremendous progress and development. Gynecological hospital in January 2002 to December 2003 implemented a total of 206 cases of laparoscopic surgery are reported as follows.  1 Materials and Methods  1.1 General information on 206 cases of this group, age 17 to 56 years, with an average 32.5 years of age.
