OF: Joe Liu Cao Hong Ran Sun Xuefeng Yue Xiulan win
[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the colorectal cancer c-erbB-2 gene amplification clinical significance. Methods: The differential PCR technique detected in 52 patients with colorectal cancer in the c-erbB-2 oncogene amplification. Results: 48.1% (25/52 colorectal cancer found that c-erbB-2 oncogene amplification, lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage C + D in patients with c-erbB-2 gene amplification rate (72.0% and 68.0% were higher than those without lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage A + B stage patients (25.9% and 29.6%, c-erbB-2 gene amplification and tumor histological and histopathological type was significantly related to the knot associated with adenomatous polyps patients with rectal cancer c-erbB-2 gene amplification is not associated with higher in adenomatous polyps of the colorectal cancer patients (100.0% vs 43.5%, P lt;0.05. Conclusion: The differences in PCR detection of c-erbB-2 oncogene amplification is a rapid, sensitive and reliable method, c-erbB-2 oncogene amplification in colorectal cancer to some extent reflect the differentiation and biological behavior of colorectal cancer prognosis and metastatic potential is a good indicator to judge and guide clinical treatment.

Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical significance of c-erbB-2 oncogene ampilification in colorectal cancer (CRC. Methods: C-erbB-2 oncogene ampilification was examined by differential polymerase chain reaction (dPCR) in 52 cases of colorectal cancer. Results: C-erbB-2 oncogene ampilification was found in 48.1% (25/52) of colorectal cancer. The ampilification incidence of c-erbB-2 in patients with lymph node metastasis and in Dukes’stage C + D (72% and 68% ) was higher than that in patients without lymph
