Methods 100 cases cycle of chemotherapy were randomly divided into the managed care group (PDCA group) and conventional chemotherapy care group (conventional group, PDCA group from 1 day before chemotherapy to the 7 days after the end of chemotherapy cycle by cycle management. Results PDCA group compared the incidence of phlebitis Orders were lower (P lt;0.05), the incidence of phlebitis between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusions using PDCA cycle management can be effective in preventing chemotherapy-induced phlebitis, patients play a relieve pain, improve quality of life of patients and nursing Quality. [Keywords:] PDCA cycle management of chemotherapy phlebitis Abstract Objective To discuss the application of PDCA circular administration in preventing the occurrence of phlebitis caused by chemotherapeutic drugs.Methods 100 cases of chemotherapy were randomly divided into 2 groups: PDCA group and routine group; from 1 day before chemotherapy to 7 days after chemotherapy ended , circular administration was performed in PDCA group.Results The occurrence of phlebitis in PDCA group was much lower than that in routine group (P lt;0.05), the difference of phlebitis occurrence between the 2 groups was of statistical significance.Conclusions The application of PDCA circular administration can effectively prevent the occurrence of phlebitis, decrease the pain of the patients and raise the quality of life and the nursing.
