PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13 Peony leaf Antimicrobial Activity of Flavonoids Author: Tang Hao States, unilateral Fang, Wei Xiaoxia, Li Ye, Liu Yan, to into the music, Xu Baocheng [Abstract] Objective were measured by the total flavonoid extract of peony leaves by macroporous adsorption resin (D-101, HPD600) and ultrafiltration concentrated solution after the separation of the antibacterial activity of several common micro-organisms. Methods inhibition zone diameter and minimum inhibitory concentration as an indicator. The results of ethanol extract of the three kinds of bacteria, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) were: E. coli 5.08 mg / ml, Bacillus subtilis 2.54 mg / ml, Salmonella 1.27 mg / ml; HPD600 macroporous adsorption resin separation concentrates on the three kinds of bacteria, MIC values were: E. coli 4.92 mg / ml, Bacillus subtilis 2.46 mg / ml, and Salmonella 1.23 mg / ml; D-101 macroporous resin separation concentrates on three kinds of bacteria, MIC values were as follows: large intestine Bacillus 3.13 mg / ml, Bacillus subtilis 3.13 mg / ml, and Salmonella 0.39 mg / ml; ultrafiltration separation of the concentrated liquid of three kinds of bacteria, MIC values were: E. coli 4.048 mg / ml, Bacillus subtilis 4.048 mg / ml and Salmonella 1.012 mg / ml. Conclusion Peony leaves flavonoids on three kinds of bacteria have a certain degree of inhibition, in which pairs of the most significant inhibition of Salmonella. [Keywords:] peony leaves flavonoids antibacterial activity of macroporous resin ultrafiltration Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the antibacterial activity of the extraction solution and concentrated liquid of total flavonoids after separation of the macroporous resin (D-101, HPD600) and ultrafiltration from the leaves of peony. MethodsAntimicrobial circle diameter and minimum inhibitory concentration were used as the indexes . ResultsThe MIC of the ethanol extract to the three kinds of bacteria was as follows: E. coli 4.92 mg / ml, Bacillu
