Methods 286 cases of 326 cataract surgery occurred in 20 causes of posterior capsule rupture were analyzed. The results of 326 cataract surgery in 20 eyes with posterior capsular rupture (5.9%). Former 100 posterior capsular rupture occurred in 10 eyes (10%). With the proficiency rising incidence of posterior capsular rupture relative reduction, followed by the 226 posterior capsular rupture in 10 eyes (4.4%). Conclusion Phacoemulsification cataract surgery due to the incidence of posterior capsule rupture rate of the operation the surgeon was negatively correlated with proficiency.
