[Methods] chiropractic with massage for treatment of cervical vertigo, and with simple chiropractic treatment efficacy compared to the control group. [Results] The cure rate of treatment group, improvement rate and total effective rate was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant (Pamp;gt; 0.05). [Conclusion] The combination of massage and chiropractic treatment, the two can play a synergistic role in enhancing the therapeutic effect of cervical vertigo. [Method] Take the combination of spinal reposition and massage to cervical dizziness, compared to that only with spinal reposition. [Result] The cure rate, well  transferring rate and total effective rate were all better than control one, with statistical meaning (Pamp;gt; 0.05), showing the combination therapy was better than only spinal reposition.
