Conclusion The method is simple and good separation for isolation and purification of total flavonoids Kudingcha. MethodsSeven types of macroporous resin were used to purify flavoniods of Kudincha, and the optimum macroporous resin, relative factors of absorption and desorption for static state and dynamic state were determined with absorption and desorption rate as observation indexes. ResultsThe HP-20 macroporous resin had good absorbing effect on flavonoids of kudincha.The liquid concentration of absorbing and separating technological environment was 1.2mg/ml and the absorbing speed was 3m1/min.The elution effect of 70% alcohol with 2.5 times volume was the best. ConclusionThis method is simple and feasible and fit for separation and punifiation of flavonoids from Kudincha.
