Methods French company ABX MICROS-60 automated hematology analyzer in 50 healthy children and 50 cases diagnosed as lead poisoning peripheral blood cells of children and the reticulocyte hemoglobin content, atomic absorption spectrometer with a blood lead test, the data were statistically analyzed. The results lead poisoning in children, the average individual reticulocyte hemoglobin (CHr), white blood cell (WBC), platelets (PLT ) was significantly lower than healthy children, and reticulocyte count (Ret) was significantly higher than healthy children. Conclusion CHr can be used as diagnostic indicators of lead poisoning, have important clinical value.
