Conclusion: The determination is simple, accurate and reproducible, can be used as preparation for quality control. The mobile phase was acetonitrile  water (19:81), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, the detecting wavelength was at 283 nm. Results: The hesperidin had a good linear relation between 0.6328 ~ 5.0624 μ g / mL (r = 0.9999, n = 6) , the average recovery was 101.10%, RSD was 1.54%. Conclusions: This method was simple, accurate and repeatable. It can be used for quality control in production of Zhenkeling mixture.
