The results of ephedrine hydrochloride injection volume of 16.6 ~ 166 μ g / mL was within the range of a good linear relationship between peak area, ephedrine hydrochloride, the average recovery was 98.40% (n = 6), RSD 1.2%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and rapid, specific and reproducible, high precision, can be used to control the quality of this preparation. Methods The sample was analyzed on a Waters XTerra C18 (4.6 mm * 250 mm, 5 μ m) column using 1% H3PO4 (0.4% triethylamine)  acetonirile (91:9) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 207 nm. Results The average recovery of the method was 98.4% with RSD 1.2%. The linear range of phedrine hydrochloride was 16.6 ~ 166 μ g / mL. Conclusion This method is simple, quick, reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Qingshenxiaopang pills.
