This design is based on the engineering quality, workforce planning and main construction machinery plan, construction schedule control, main branch disciplines construction method, ensure that time of a security measures, technical organization measures, civilized construction, and so on many factors fully consider as far as possible, outstanding scientific and feasible. And this building fireproof grade level, the upper structure security level level 2, foundation safety level class c, seismic fortification intensity for 6 degrees, pile foundation safety
