第 1 8 卷 ?第 3 期 辽 宁 中 医 药 大 学 学 报 Vol. 18 No. 3 2016 年 3 月 JOURNAL OF LIAONING UNIVERSITY OF TCM Mar .，2016 DOI：10.13194/j.issn.1673-842x.2016.03.030 耳穴诊断技术研究进展 陈月娥，刘继洪，陈诗慧，禤天航 （广州中医药大学附属佛山中医院，广东 佛山 528200） 摘? 要：目的：探讨目前耳穴诊断技术的研究进展。方法：通过检索近20年国内外耳穴诊断技术的相关文献， 并从传统耳穴诊断技术、近年新技术和国外的耳穴诊断技术这3方面分析总结目前耳穴诊断方式和技术的应用状 况及利弊。结果：目前国内耳穴诊断技术方法众多，每项技术具有其优缺点，综合运用这些技术能大大提高诊断疾 病的准确性，但耗时、耗力、费用相对高。同时，与中国不同原理的欧洲耳穴诊断技术则具有快捷、高效、相对廉价等 优点，但缺点是该诊断技术找到的是治疗点，与疾病的诊断、疾病的性质不存在确定的相关性。结论：我国亟需挖掘 简便、客观、全面检测病变部位的耳穴诊疗技术，因此把我国与欧洲诊断技术相结合进行研究，有可能是耳穴诊断技 术发展的一个新方向。 关键词：耳穴疗法；诊断技术；综述 中图分类号：R224 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1673-842X??(2016) 03-?0091-??03 Research Progress of Ear Diagnosis Technology CHEN Yuee，LIU Jihong，CHEN Shihui，XUAN Tianhang （Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicne of Guangzhou University，Foshan 528000，Guangdong，China） Abstract：Objective：To discuss the research progress of the current ear diagnosis technology.
