PAGE  辽宁工程技术大学 机械工程及自动化专业 综合课程设计说明书 设计题目： 蜗杆—圆柱齿轮减速器设计 系 部： 信息工程系 专 业： 机械工程及自动化 学生姓名： 张 宇 学 号： 1231020127 起迄日期： 2015.12.21~2016.1.15 指导教师： 王宏健 马晓芳 PAGE I 摘要 蜗杆—圆柱齿轮减速器，是一种动力传达机构，其利用齿轮的速度转换器，将电机的回转数减速到所要的回转数，并得到较大转矩的装置。圆柱齿轮减速机是一种相对精密的机械，使用它的目的是降低转速，增加转矩。圆柱齿轮减速器的齿轮采用渗碳、淬火、磨齿加工，承载能力高、噪声低；主要用于带式输送机及各种运输机械，也可用于其它通用机械的传动机构中。它具有承载能力高、寿命长、体积小、效率高、重量轻等优点，用于输入轴与输出轴呈垂直方向布置的传动装置中。圆柱齿轮减速器广泛应用于冶金、矿山、起重、运输、水泥、建筑、化工、纺织、印染、制药等领域。 关键词：齿轮；蜗杆；减速器；动力 Abstract Two stage cylindrical gear reducer, is a kind of power transmission mechanism, which uses the gear speed converter, will reduce the number of motor rotation to the number of rotation, and get a larger torque device. Cylindrical gear reducer is a relatively precise machine, the use of its purpose is to reduce the speed, increase the torque. Cylindrical gears reduction gear using carburizing, quenching and grinding machining, the bearing capacity is high, the noise is low, mainly used for belt conveyor and various kinds of transport machinery, can also be used in other general mechanical transmission mechanism. The device has the advantages of high bearing capacity, long service life, small volume, high efficiency, light weight, etc., and is used for the transmission device which is arranged in the vertical direction of the input shaft and the output shaft. Cylindrical gear reducer is widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other fields.
