Due to lack of similar questionnaire in Asia area, and the cultural differences which may not be analogical from western research, this questionnaire is de- veloped based on questionnaire from western studies, yet, more cultural adaptable questions are added to make the questionnaire more accommodated to Chinese community. As mentioned, this questionnaire aims to measure attitudes and stereotypes that individuals may obtain toward people who suffer from mental illness, by such it also employs a variety of settings to see how one would react when they encounter the mentally ill in different situations.
