扁平疣的治疗方法 扁平疣 由人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染引起的，好发于青少年的病毒感染性疾病。临床表现为皮色或粉红色的扁平丘疹，多见于面部和手背，无明显的自觉症状，病程慢性。可通过直接或间接的接触传染。 扁平疣症状 一、扁平疣发病的时候，因为疣体中的病毒非常活跃，因此皮肤发展及增多较快。 二、扁平疣好发于手背、前臂以及脸部，表现为浅褐的或者皮肤颜色的扁平丘疹，表面光滑，境界明显。 三、因为扁平疣是具有一定传染性的，因此当患者患上扁平疣扁平疣并且用手抓的时候，则会导致疣体越来越多，甚至会密集成片。 四、用手搔抓患处，会造成疣体表面或者正常部位的皮肤发生皮损，这时病毒很容易被接种到正常皮肤上而产生新的疣体。 扁平疣的治疗方法 1、系统治疗 中医 根据分型辨证施治。 西医 可使用泛昔洛韦、多抗甲素片、左旋咪唑、干扰素等来抑制病毒繁殖，调节机体免疫力。 局部治疗 局部外用药 如%维甲酸软膏、鸦胆子仁、搽肽丁氨，少量的PXP元素疣邦或5-氟尿嘧啶软膏、疣必治、阿昔洛韦软膏、板兰根注射液外涂等，治疗方法较多，有时效果并不明显。 物理疗法 液氮冷冻、CO2激光、微波、光动力、电离子需在专科医师指导下进行 。可外，每日2-3次，后者容易造成色素沉着，对颜面部的扁平疣一般不宜使用，可选用，最好轻擦皮损处呈红色再涂效果显著。 预防 1.远离紫外线、电离辐射。 2.远离创伤性治疗，如电离子、激光、自身疣体埋植治疗。此类治疗易形成“同型反应”，导致难以祛除的斑痕，且可加重病情。 3.远离激素类药物。 4.多喝水、多吃蔬菜、水果，可做水果面贴 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
