　　乳增灵配方颗粒对实验性大鼠乳腺增生及性激素水平的影响 作者：孟庆春 王俊玲 方少琼 蒋红兵 张黎 黄犁 刘芳 【摘要】 目的：观察乳增灵配方颗粒对大鼠乳腺增生病的防治作用。方法：采用苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮分别注射大鼠20 d 和 5 d，建立乳腺增生病模型，于造模 35 d 后给予乳增灵配方颗粒，连续 60 d，测定血清中雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、睾酮（T）水平，测量第 2、3 对乳头高度，镜下观察第 2 对乳腺增生的病理改变，观察各组乳腺增生程度。结果：乳增灵配方颗粒能显著降低实验性乳腺增生大鼠乳头高度，降低 E2 含量，病理组织学检查结果提示乳增灵配方颗粒可减轻乳腺增生大鼠乳腺充血与水肿，减少乳腺小叶的腺泡数量。结论：乳增灵配方颗粒具有一定防治乳腺增生病作用。 【关键词】 乳增灵；配方颗粒；乳腺增生 Effects of Ruzengling patible Granule on Cyclomastopathy Rats 〔Abstract〕 Objective It is to observe the action of prevention and treatment of Ruzengling patible granule on c yclomastopathy. Methods Experimental cyclomastopathy rat model ade uscularinjection of estrogen for 20 d and progestin for 5 d respectively. Ruzengling patible granule odel making and lasted for 60 days. The levels of E2, P and T in plasma ined. The hEight of the second and third nipples of rats easured after model making. The patho-change of hyperplasia of the second pair of mammary glands icr oscope. The changes of hyperplasia of mammary glands in every group arkably reduce the nipple hEIght of experimental cyclomastopathy rats, reduce the content of E2. Histopathology examination shoia and edema of cyclomastopathy rats, decrease the number of alveolus in lobules of mammary gland. Conclusion Ruzengling patible granule has the function of prevention and treatment on cyclomastopathy. 〔Key astopathy 乳增灵配方颗粒为本院中医科常用配方用药，由柴胡、当归、白芍、茯苓、鹿角胶等多味中药配方颗粒组成，具有调肝补肾、化痰散瘀的功效，临床用于主治乳腺增生症。经过临床多年应用证实该方对乳腺增生症有较佳疗效，为了探讨乳增灵 治疗 乳腺增生症的作用及其机制，我们进行了相关动物实验研究。 1 材料与方法 1.1 材料 1.1.1 药物和试剂 乳增灵配方颗粒由广东一方药业有限公司生产提供，批号特茉芬，德国 Roltendorf Pharma. GmbH 产品，批号： 42249A。 苯甲酸雌二醇注射液，天津金耀氨基酸有限公司，0507241；黄体酮注射液，上海通用药业股份有限公司，051003。 1.1.2 动物 SPF 级 SD 大鼠，48 只，雌性，体重 180~220 g，由广东省医学实验动物中心提供。动物合格证和实验设施合格证号分别为 SCXK（粤）2003-0002 和粤监证字 2005A010。 1.1.3 仪器 游标卡尺，上海汇一尺业有限公司；Sartorius BS224S 万分之一 电子 天平，北京赛多利斯仪器系统有限公司；奥林巴斯 BH 荧光显微镜，奥林巴斯公司。 1.2 方法 取 SD 雌性未孕大鼠 48 只，随机分为 6 组，分别为空白对照组，模型对照组，特茉芬 1.8 mg/kg 组，乳增灵配方颗粒 37.8、18.9、9.45 g 生药/kg 组。 除空白对照组外，其余各组大鼠按 0.5 mg/kg 注射苯甲酸雌二醇
