明确学生学习新知识的目的性和针对性 （一）现状分析 我所带的班级学生在习惯养成方面存在较突出的问题有： 1、自主学习意识不强，主要表现在：部分学生不能自觉、按时、有质量地完成作业；部分学生缺乏课前预习、课后复习的习惯；学习中，主动探究、获取知识意识不强，不能很好地倾听他人的意见。 2、自主学习能力有待系统指导、帮助提高，主要表现在：部分学生课堂上不善于发言，独立思考能力不强；个别学生对工具书的使用存在障碍；学生在自主搜集学习资料方面总体表现较差；自主探究问题和解决问题的能力较弱。 （二）预计的突破点 有效的预习，能明确学生学习新知识的目的性和针对性，可以提高学习的质量。良好预习习惯的形成将为课堂教学节约许多宝贵的时间，使得教师不必讲解学生就能自己获得知识。既提高了课堂教学的效率，也改善了师生关系，更重要的是学生获取知识的能力将会大大提高。 布鲁纳说过：知识的获得是一个主动的过程，学习者不应是信息的被动接受者，而应该是知识获得的主动参与者。通过自学让学生主动获取知识，是发展学生自主能力的重要途径。作为教师，应从提高预习质量上入手，明确预习的要求，指导预习的方法，重视预习习惯的培养，强化预习这个教学环节，把培养学生主体能力的研究作为突破口。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
