沟通与交流是语文教学有效性的关键 多年来，一直在教学第一线，农村小学的实际状况，让好多教师感到很无奈。没有专门的语文教师，一般的都是语文、数学全包。除了努力的完成预设的教学任务之外，很难有时间去思考语文教学的有效性。在语文教学实践中，我感觉到最大的障碍就是学生与老师之间对于文本的理解与交流。 对文本内容的沟通与交流应该说是语文教学有效性的关键，在整个语文教学的实践中，我们的教学资源主要依赖于文本教科书，由于教科书中文本内容形式的多元性，与学生的生活经历，知识水平之间存在着一定的差异，就使得老师在课堂教学中常常出现冷场和尴尬。 深刻分析产生这一弊端的原因，就是教师在其课堂教学中，以我为中心，通过教科书强行绑架了学生，忽视了儿童身心特征、思维特征，抑制了儿童的情绪和情感，使得儿童原有的知识结构与来自外界环境中的新奇对象之间有适度的不一致时，儿童就会出现惊讶、疑问、迷惑和矛盾。因之产生的语文教学无效恶果。 通过这几天的学习培训，我觉得要提高语文教学的有效性，首先明确文本内容与小学教学的关系，认清教材变更发展的脉络；其次传授语文知识要做到理论和实际相结合，在教学中注重培养学生的学习兴趣、审美情趣。 最后，教师要尽量的去了解学生的心理需要，大胆放手让学生去读、去想、去听、去说、去写，只有学生感受到了学习的乐趣，他们才会乐学；尊重学生学生的选择，满足他们的心理需求，让其个性张扬，他们才会敢学；课内外结合，耐心的指导，他们才能会学。惟其如此，我们的语文教学才会有效。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
