河天一小预防性体检制度 河天一小预防性体检制度 为了全体教师学生的身体健康，及时了解和掌握师生的身体健康状况，加强和提高师生体检质量，便于统一管理，保护和增进师生健康，特制定师生健康检查管理制度。 一、学生体检 1、认真贯彻执行《学校卫生工作条例》，按教育局及卫生部门的要求，协助体检单位做好每年一次的学生健康检查工作。 2、体检中对有疑问的检查结果应进行复查，以明确诊断。 3、按照《学校卫生档案》的要求根据形态测量指标做好生长发育及营养状况的评估。 4、根据体检结果和评估状况进行统计分析。 5、采取统计报表形式向学校领导和上级主管部门汇报学生健康检查结果。 6、采用《学生体检结果通知书》的形式向学生及其家长反馈其生长发育水平和营养状况以及发现疾病情况的信息有利于提高保健意识和疾病矫治。 7、在上级主管部门指导下对学生常见病进行矫治。 8、结合学生健康状况及其主要病患找出影响学生健康状况的环境因素提出改正措施给予学生针对性的保健指导。 二、教师体检： 1由财政拨款、学校组织，在市体检中心体检，组织45周岁以上教师每年一次，45周岁以下教师每二年一次的健康体检。 2体检项目：内科、外科、五官科、妇科、牙科、B超、心电图、X线等等。 3、体检结果由医务室整理、注重个人隐私，以保密形式存档。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
