溪三中学青年志愿者协会章程 溪三中学青年志愿者协会章程 第一条温州市溪三中学青年志愿者协会本着“帮助他人，完善自己，服务社会，弘扬新风”的指导思想，以志愿服务为宗旨，以培养我校学生素质为目标，而成立本会。 第二条以志愿者的名义，用平凡的行动，朴实的心灵，为社会公益与开展校园文明建设服务，倡导无私奉献、团结友爱、助人为乐、见义勇为的新风，弘扬中华民族传统美德和社会主义新时代的精神风貌，推动校园物质、精神文明的发展，促进校风、学风建设。 第三条本协会是校团委领导下的学生组织。 第四条本协会设有理事会处理日常工作。理事会设会长一名，副会长一名，队长三名，队长每期任期一年。 第五条理事会设若干志愿者服务队：绿色服务队、社区服务队、环保服务队、公益服务队和班级志愿者服务队等。 第六条凡本校师生，有着“志愿报名，长期坚持，无偿服务”的原则，承认并遵守本章程，积极参与本活动的，均可加入本会。 第七条学生志愿入会，需填写青年志愿者登记表，会员毕业后自然离会，志愿者登记表和活动记录将归入个人档案。 第八条每学期初，理事会拟定学期工作计划，期末进行活动总结，并定期向校团委汇报活动情况。 第九条本协会在宪法和法律的范围内开展工作，活动时间原则上安排在课余时间和寒暑假时间。 第十条协会会员要积极主动参加本会组织的各项活动，按时参加有关会议，认真完成本会布置的任务。 第十一条开展与上级青年志愿者协会建立联系和交流。 第十二条每学期期末，评选校级“优秀青年志愿者服务队”和“优秀青年志愿者”，并给予表彰。“优秀青年志愿者”由各支部青年志愿者进行民主评议选出。 *本章程解释权归本协会 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
