多台烧结余热锅炉并联运行的数学模型与调控方法 ·1 · 多台烧结余热锅炉并联运行的数学模型与 调控方法 闫龙格 胡长庆 赵 凯 （华北理工大学冶金与能源学院，河北唐山 063009 ） 摘 要 针对烧结余热发电系统运行稳定性差、停机率较高的问题，本文基于概率理论，建立了多台烧结余热锅炉 并联运行发电系统数学模型，分析了余热锅炉工作状态对余热发电系统稳定运行的影响，提出了烧结余热回收发电 系统稳定运行的调控方案。采用现场蒸汽流量监测数据，计算结果表明：多台余热锅炉并联运行，发电机组连续稳 定运行改善；4 台锅炉并联运行时，发电稳定运行概率在 0.95 以上，且随状态系数变化而变化的幅度最小。蒸汽量 不足时采用优化计算调控后，状态系数 0.65 时，发电稳定运行的概率超过 0.962 。 关键词 烧结余热回收，优化控制，概率论数学模型 Mathematical Model and Control Method of Multiple Parallel Sintering Waste Heat Boiler Operation Yan Longge, Hu Changqing, Zhao Kai (College of Metallurgy and Energy, North China University of Science and Technology, Tangshan Hebei 063009, China) Abstract Focusing on the issues of poor operation stability and higher outage rate for sintering waste heat power generation system, mathematical model of multi waste heat boilers parallel operation power system was established based on the theory of probability.
