Under normal condition and fatigue failure has become the main failure forms of mechanical parts. But as the resonance test rig of fatigue testing machine is the basis of studying the characteristics of steel pipe fatigue equipment at present. And steel tube connected to the commonly used oil and gas industry especially casing connection, in order to maintain seal and secure connection, is generally to be preloaded connection. Resonant bending fatigue experiment method, the biggest advantage is the test frequency is high, the average of the resonance frequencies of the resonant fatigue testing machine for 20-30 hz, compared to other fatigue testing machine can greatly shorten the time of test. At present, the resonant bending fatigue test method abroad, has become a standard method of the fatigue test of steel pipe full size.
