To deal with this problem, the method of process production logistics equilibrium based on Make - To - Order ( M TO) w as proposed. Firstly , according to characteristics of the process production, classification method for production logis- tics w as discussed. Structure models of production logistics f ramework, and relationship model between production capacity and material consumption coefficient w ere constructed. Secondly , through constructing quantity and time parameter models of process production logistics based on M TO, the optimization modeling method for production logistics equilibrium w as studied in particular. Solution to optimization model and heuristic algorithm based on prac- tical production rules w ere also discussed. Finally, an example w as used to show its feasibility of balancing process production logistics.
