原稿（2003年10月4日）寄贵刊 修回稿（2004年5月）文章编号：030394 再次修回稿（2004年9月9日）文章编号：030394 再次修回稿（2004年12月6日）文章编号：030394 茎乳孔和星状神经节同时注射药物治疗面神经炎临床研究 丁常云 丁常聪 雷开健 蔡苗 刘盛君 刘久富 张军 四川省宜宾市第二人民医院 神经外科644000 [摘要] 目的 探讨茎乳孔和星状神经节同时注射药物治疗面神经炎效果。方法 将起病到就诊时间为120天内的病人按入院次序随机分成两组（单数为第一组、双数为第二组），每组150例,共300例。第一组用茎乳孔和同侧星状神经节同时注射药物治疗；第二组用目前临床上常用的治疗方法（激素、B族维生素、扩血管药物、理疗、按摩、针灸、中医中药等）。通过两组的疗程和治疗效果,进行临床观察和对比分析研究。结果 两组的疗程和治疗效果出现显著差异（T test, p0.05），第一组的疗程明显短于第二组，第一组的治愈率明显高于第二组，第一组的后遗症明显少于第二组。取得显著效果。结论 茎乳孔和同侧星状神经节同时注射药物治疗面神经炎，二者在治疗上有协同作用，能使面神经功能较快恢复、疗效确切、治愈率高且后遗症少。 [关键词] 茎乳孔; 星状神经节; 面神经炎; 治疗。 Treatment for Bell’s palsy by simultaneously injecting drugs into stylomastoid foramen and cervicothoracic ganglion Ding Changyun, Ding Changcong, Lei kaijain, Cai Miao, Liu Shengjun, Liu Jiufu，Zhang Jun. Department of neurosurgery, Yibin Hospital NO.2, Yibin 644000, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effectiveness of treatment for Bell’s palsy by simultaneously injecting drugs into stylomastoid foramen and ipsilateral cervicothoracic ganglion. Methods 300 patients were divided into two groups randomly（according to the sequence of the odd or the even admitted to our hospital）, there were 150 patients in each group. In the first group the treatment was to inject drugs into stylomastoid foramen and cervicothoracic ganglion simultaneously. In the second group the treatment was clinical methods widely used at present (glucocorticoid, Vitamin B, vasodilators, antispastics, physiotherapy, acupuncture, massotherapy, and so on). Results There were remarkable differences between the two groups. The effectiveness of the first group was obviously better than the second group. Conclusions Injecting drugs into stylomastoid foramen and ipsilateral cervicothoracic ganglion simultaneously has synergic effects on treating Bell’s palsy. By this means, the function of facial nerve can recover more rapidly. It is a reliable and safe treatment for Bell’s palsy and has a high cure rate. [Key Words] Stylomastoid foramen
