Purpose of Post The Retail Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily activities and productivity within the airport retail outlets. Responsibilities: Sales Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency Monitoring the sales floor regularly, assisting customers, informing of promotions, upselling and identifying or resolving customer issues, queries or problems and dealing with customer complaints as they arise in a professional and helpful manner Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning Organising special promotions, displays and events in conjunction with retail staff Ensure product pricing is in place and correct at all times Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards. Monitor passenger trends and feedback and report to management on regular basis You will work with the Sales and Marketing Manager and retail staff to manage activity to raise customer awareness of promotional activities e.g. handouts, signage, merchandising, meet and greet.
