复方川芎颗粒治疗痛经的药效学研究 姚 荧1，（1.无锡市妇幼保健院，无锡 214002；2.， 210000） 本文档由【中文word文档库】提供，转载分发敬请保留本信息； 中文word文档库免费提供海量范文、教育、学习、政策、报告和经济类word文档。 摘 要 目的：对复方川芎颗粒进行药效学研究，为其治疗痛经症提供依据。方法：大鼠在体子宫收缩试验PGF2α影响试验、缩宫素致小鼠扭体法、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法正常小鼠凝血时间试验分别考察复方川芎颗粒抗炎、镇痛凝血的影响。结果：复方川芎颗粒对于缩宫素诱发的大鼠在体子宫收缩具有明显的抑制作用，同时降低血清前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平(P0.05或P0.01) 明显抑制缩宫素致小鼠扭体次数二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀程度，可正常小鼠全血凝血时间。结论：复方川芎颗粒在治疗痛经方面具有良好的应用价值。 关键词 复方川芎颗粒；痛经；药效学Study on Pharrnacodynamics of Compound Chuanxiong Granules in Treating Dysmenorrhea YAO Ying1; CHEN Yan-fei1; Sun qing-ming2 (1.Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangshu Province，Wuxi 214002,China; Jiangsu Province HospitalChina) ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE：To investigate the pharrnacodynamics of compound chuanxiong granules for treating dysmenorrhea. METHODS: The effects of compound chuanxiong granules, uterus contraction, anti-inflammatory, analgesia and hemostasis, were researched by rat’s uterine smooth muscle in vivo, the level of prostaglandins F2α, mice torsion modle induced by oxytocin, mice auricle swelling model induced by dimethylbenzene, the coagulation time of mice. RESULTS: The smooth muscle constriction resulted from oxytocin was able to be strongly relaxed by compound chuanxiong granules, which also might decline the level of prostaglandins E2,the twist times of mice , the auricular swelling of mice caused by dimethylbenzene and the coagulation time of mice. CONCLUSION: Compound chuanxiong granules is a effective agent to relieve the dysmenorrhea.
