The treatment efficiency of printing and dyeing w astew ater and stability of the system w ere also ex plored in th is paper. The results show ed that hydrolytic acidification can mi prove b iodegradability of printing and dyeing w astew ater and remove 43% of COD on an average. The treatm ent effectw as stable.
