Chi阳) [Abstract] Objective To explore the value of the whole brain CT perfusion (C丁P) in patíents with stenosís or occlusion of middle cerebral artery (MCA). Metb创自由 Conventional cerebral plain CT and volume Shuttle CTP (8 cm spatial coverage) were perfonned in 20 patients with unílateral MCA stenosis or occlusiofL The parameter maps of cerebral blωd flow (CBF) • cerebral blood volume (CBV) , mωn transit tíme (M丁丁) and time to peak (TTP) were analyzed. Meanwhíle dynamic 3D- CT angiography images were obtained. ResnJts In 20 patients with unilateral stenosis or occlusion of MCA , no significant differences were found between the stenosed or occluded side and the ωntralateral side assessed in MTT and TTP. MTT and 丁TP of affected side significantly pro\onged compared with contralateral sÎde ([7.05士1. 47Js vs [4. 96 :l:: 1. OOJs and [20.04 士2. 14]s vs [17.83土1. 89Js , PO.0 1). No significant difference of CBV nor CBF was detected between the stenosed or occluded side and the contralateral side assessed ín 20 patients.
