不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓患者治疗的影响分析 刘进 张丽娜 郑州大学第一附属医院口腔科 河南郑州 450052 [摘要]目的：探讨不同的根管填充程度在牙体牙髓患者临床治疗中的效果差异，积累准确、可靠的临床经验，为今后的治疗提供依据，提高治疗成功率。方法：选取我院2011年2月至2013年1月期间我院口腔科收治的90例进行根管填充治疗的患者作为本组研究的观察对象，按照根管填充程度将所有患者分为适充组、欠充组与超充组，对三组患者的治疗情况与治疗期间发生疼痛的次数进行回顾性分析。结果：适充组患者的治疗总有效率为97.56%，欠充组的治疗总有效率为58.97%，超充组的治疗总有效率为51.35%，适充组明显高于其他两组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。适充组患者的疼痛率为7.32%，明显低于其他两组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：根管填充程度会对牙体牙髓患者的临床治疗效果产生巨大的影响，因此临床医生在治疗前要通过影像学技术对患者的根管长度及结构进行仔细观察，避免欠充与超充的情况，可以有效提高治疗有效率，减少患者疼痛率。 [关键词]根管填充；牙体牙髓；适充 Analysis on the effects of different root canal filling degrees to patients with dental pulp Jin-liu lina-zhang Department of Stomotology ，the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University Henanzhengzhou 450052 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects of different root canal filling degrees to patients with dental pulp in the clinical treatment, in order to accurate and reliable clinical experience, and prove the basis for future therapies to improve treatment success rates.
