建筑设计：Kokaistudios 　　地点：中国，上海 　　面积：35500.0㎡ 　　时间：2013年 　　摄影：Charlie Xia 　　曾经是淮海中路地标之一的香港新世界大厦购物广场如今华丽变身成为K11购物中心。作为首个融合艺术·人文·自然的顶级商业管理品牌，K11是上海建立面向公众的免费艺术中心，配合多元化的品牌名店及创新的营运风格，上海K11艺术购物中心俨然已经成为淮海中路上新的地标性建筑。 　　香港新世界大厦矗立于淮海中路黄金商务区，西邻马当路，东靠黄陂南路，北依金陵路，与中环广场、瑞安广场、香港广场等高楼大厦毗邻而居，其地下二层直接与轨道交通一号线黄陂南路站地下通道相连，地理位置得天独厚，是淮海路商圈地标建筑。香港新世界大厦主要由两个部分组成，其中，地下3层至地上5层为商业面积，6-9层为停车库，10层以上则是甲级办公楼，其商场面积合计3万多平方米。 　　上海K11艺术购物中心展示出具有强烈现代艺术特质以及环保理念的建筑和营运风格。郑志刚透露，修建中的上海K11艺术购物中心还将首创“淮海路历史风情廊”为主题的景观文化展示厅，届时，这幅具有浓郁沪上风情的画卷将成为淮海路上最具文化内涵的旅游热点。 　　香港新世界大厦的商场部分已进行改造和升级，外立面中部分ART DECO风格建筑予以保留，其余部分则进行了重新装修，融入绿色、环保、艺术等理念，包括绿化植被等天然生态组件，凸显多元化的品牌组合，使K11成为淮海路上一个汇聚人流的景点，进而把淮海路周边提升成为世界最顶级商业街区。 平面图 立面图 剖面图 position for future reference.
