Training Moderation主持方法培训 Moderation What is moderation什么是主持法 Moderation stands for: a specific basis attidude of the leader / moderator 领导者或主持人所具有的一种特定的基本态度 work in accordance with a specific methodology 依照一种特定的方法来工作 use of special aids and materials 利用特殊的工具和材料 It is used to work in quality circles, meeting, discussion, workshops, co-working, CIP work, etc. 应用于质量改进例会， 会议，讨论，车间， 协作，持续改进工作等。 This method helps to managem people. It involves member of a work group, project team members or people working in a (problem-solving) CIP task. The leader (moderator) is not in a expert role, he is asking those who are concerned. He let the group make decisions. He includes the group members knowledge, their conceptions in his decisions. 这种方法有助于对人员进行管理。包括工作团队成员，项目组成员或者进行持续改进（问题解决）工作人员。领导者（主持人）并不是具体问题的专家，他向相关人员提问。他让小组成员做出决定。他在做决定时综合考虑团队成员所具有的知识和观念 。 ModerationThe Moderator (Facilitator)主持人 The moderator is specialized in methodology. He/she is not an expert on the subject matter. He/she is responsible to facilitate the groups ability to work out results, but not for substance of those results.
