Marylebone Flats - Application Pack 2017-18
Dear Student,
Thank you for your interest in applying for our Marylebone Flats. Enclosed you will find several relevant documents.
The first of these is the Application Form – please complete this with as much information as possible, filling in all
fields. This will need to be printed off and filled in with pen, and returned either by scanning and emailing or by post.
Once your application has been received, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm. If you do not receive a
confirmation within a few days of sending, please contact the Estates Management Co-ordinator.
You will also find attached copies of the Rules and Regulations, Payment Schedule and a sample copy of the
Agreement. Please read through all of these carefully and familiarise yourself with the contents. You do not need to
sign these and return them with your application, as you will be sent official copies with your offer letter if you are
offered a place.
Offers will be sent out during June by email, once the 1st June deadline has passed. If you have not received a
confirmation of offer by 1st July, please contact the Estates Management Co-ordinator. Please be patient, as this is a
very busy time for us, so please do not chase offers before this time.
Upon receiving confirmation of your offer, please sign and return the agreement which will be attached to the
confirmation email, and arrange for payment of the £500 deposit. The first term’s rent can also be paid at this time,
but must be received by us no later than Friday 1st September. Please note that keys to the flat will not be released
to you if we have not received cleared funds by this date. You will also be sent details of moving in arrangements,
such as the location of your flat at this time. Keys can be collected from the Academy from Sunday 3rd September,
along with maps of the location and other relevant information.
