Henry A. Wallace, the former secre- tary of the American Department of Agriculture took the basic ideas of the Green Sprout Money Act and Marketing Act etc. in an all- round way as reference examples for working out the economic policies during the period of the great depression of American agriculture, thus paving the way for basically solving the American Agricultural prob- lems. The author considersthat the Green Sprout Money Act and Marketing Act etc. are the prototypes of the Amer- ican ever- normal granary system.
