T deal with such c ncerns , this review depicts the eti l gy and risks f besity, analyzes and summarizes t he mech- anism and meth ds f ex ercise-induced w eight l ss in research, and t hen stresses the rec mmendati ns and meth ds in prac- tice, w hich include the strategy f r fighting against the negative effects during weight l sing pr grams.
