Competency-based-based Vocational Education Reform in Accounting Professional Practice
Abstract: The task of secondary vocational education in schools was set grid application of knowledge and skill to cultivate talents, that meet the community of ‘skilled workers’ needs. It demands that all students in secondary vocational schools to teach some basic theory knowledge, greater attention to practical teaching, to develop students hands-on capabilities and vocational skills. Accounting is a highly technical nature of economic management application-oriented subjects, with a strong practicality. However, traditional educational ideas and conditions, the accounting practice of the teaching staff in schools has not been well implemented. Some schools have followed ‘words to express economic operations, T-shaped accounts explain the accounting treatment of’ teaching mode; some schools in carrying out a number of practical teaching activities, but the lack of systematic, integrity, resulting in secondary vocational schools in the accounting profession is now graduate students in the face of a variety of accounting documents, account books, reports, faced with complex economic operations, changing accounting procedures and methods, difficult to operate independently. How to carry out the reform of the accounting profession of teaching to cultivate excellent skill levels to meet the social needs of accounting personnel, the accounting profession in secondary vocational school to become an urgent need to address the problem.
