Analysis of China’s credit system construction of University Teachers status quo and deal with the problems raised by establishing a mechanism for credit education college teachers, constraints and incentive mechanisms, evaluation mechanisms, monitoring mechanisms to build an effective college teachers credit system response. This paper analyses the present situation of university teachers’ honest  credit system, and proposes some effective countermeasures.
