L i ve r T ransp l ant ation Cente r , ) t he Thi r d A f f i l i ate d H osp i t al of S un Yatsen Uni ve rs i ty , Guangz hou 5 10630 , Chi na [ Abstract] 　Objective 　To st udy t he C T findings and t he diagno si s of inva sive p ulmonary a sp er gillo si s ( IPA) aft er liver t ran splant ation Methods 　C T findings of 25 p atient s wit h IPA aft er liver t ran splant ation were ret ro sp ectively analyzed Results 　Ma sslike con solidation wit h no enhancement aft er int ravenou s cont ra st admini st ration was shown in 2 1 ( 8400 %) p atient s wit h IPA Eight een ca ses of cavities , 14 ca ses of halo sign , and 8 ca ses of air crescent sign were p resent in mixed p att ern of lesion s in 2 1 p atient s wit h masslike con solidation Patchy con solidation wa s found in 4 ( 1600 %) ca ses wit h no ( ) ma sslike con solidation and cavities Multiple lesion s were shown in t he lungs in 25 100 % ca ses Conclusion 　Presence of ma sslike con solidation , cavities , air crescent sign and halo sign in mixed p att ern highly suggest t he diagno si s
