旅游学术共同体的形成机理分析 ——以香港理工大学为例 李经龙 詹染 王亚茹 徐玉梅 （安徽大学商学院旅游管理系，安徽 合肥 230601） 摘 要：香港理工大学酒店与旅游管理学院成立于1979年，近二十多年来其旅游研究发展非常迅速，从名不见经传的教学组织一跃成为排名世界第一的著名旅游学术共同体，其形成和发展的深层原因值得思考。文章以香港理工大学为例，深入剖析了该旅游学术共同体的形成机理。研究表明：旅游市场的推动力、学术领袖的凝聚力、学术交流的互动力、旅游学者的内生力、旅游研究的国际化、旅游研究的协同化、理论实践的一体化和生活工作的均衡化等8个方面是香港理工大学旅游学术共同体形成的主要原因。根据研究的启示，文章还对我国旅游学术共同体的形成和发展提出了建设性意见，以期为我国旅游学术共同体的建设提供决策参考。 关键词：旅游学术共同体；形成机理；香港理工大学 An Formation Mechanism Analysis of Tourism Scientific Community—Taking the Hong Kong Polytechnic University for example LI Jing-long ZHAN Ran WANG Ya-ru XU Yu-mei （Department of Tourism Management，Anhui University，Hefei 230601，China）Abstract: School of hotel and tourism management of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University founded in 1979. And its tourism research develops rapidly in recent 20 years, from nameless to No.1 famous tourism scientific community. Therefore it is worth pondering the deep reason of its formation and development. The results show that the impetus of tourism market, the cohesion of the academic leader, the interactive force of academic exchange, the endogenous force of tourism scholars, the internationalization of tourism research, the integration of tourism research, the integration of theory and practice and the equalization of livelihood and work are the important factor for the formation of tourism scientific community. According to the research, the article also puts forward some constructive suggestions for the formation and development of Chinas tourism scientific community, hoping to provide decision-making reference for the development of Chinas tourism academic community. Key Words: tourism scientific community; formation mechanism; The Hong Kong Polytechnic University 1.引言 Annals of Tourism Research(ATR)、Journal of Travel ResearchJTR)和Tourism ManagementTM)是旅游研究领域公认的国际权威期刊，其刊文水平代表了该领域的最高水平，是衡量旅游研究实力的重要指标。香港理工大学酒店与旅游管理学院成立于1979年，由于旅游研究刚刚起步、科研未得到足够重视等原因，一直到1991年都没有学者在ATR、JTR和TMSheldon(1991)以1980-1989年在ATR、JTR和TM上刊文的数量为标准，对作者所属国家、院校和地区等旅游学术共同体实力进行了排名[3]。Jog
