Vigorous development make a spurt of progress of science and technology and knowledge economy in recent years, the international competition becomes more and more accumulation of technology and knowledge competition. Technology has increasingly become a major factor determining the comparative advantage and international competitiveness of a country. Firstly, from the theoretical level, a comprehensive and systematic analysis of effect mechanism of technological innovation of export commodities, mainly using the endogenous technology theory and product life cycle theory, extensive collection of domestic and foreign data, in-depth analysis. Through the research of technology innovation of the mechanism of the effect of export commodities, hope more thoroughly and understand what industry exports to the technological innovation effect, what specific impact, and hope to the empirical study results the reality of economic development of Zhejiang provinces help.
