Definition 1.1 The following terms in this Contract shall be interpreted as below: 1) “Contract” means the agreement indentified as contract, entered into and signed by both parties, including all the exhibits, annexes, and all the documents which are integral parts of the contract as mentioned in the same documents. 2) “Contract Price” means the value of payment the buyer shall deliver to the Seller after the Seller performed all the obligations according to this Contract. 3) “Goods” means all the equipment, machines and/or other materials the seller delivers to the Buyer according to this Contract. 4) “Incidental Service” means the supporting services the Seller provide to the Buyer in accordance with this Contract, such as transportation, insurance and other incidental service like installing and adjusting the machine, providing technical support or training and performing other obligations stipulated in this Contract. 5) “General Terms of this Contract” means the terms stipulated in this Chapter. 6 ）“Special Terms of this Contract” means the terms stipulated in Chapter7 of this Contract. 7) “Buyer” means the entity which purchases goods and services identified in the Special Terms of this Contract. 8) “Seller” means the company or other entities which provide the goods and services under the Contract as stipulated in the Special Terms of this Contract. 9) “Project Site” means the site the goods are installed and operated, the names of which are specified in the Special Terms of the Contract. 10) “Day” means the calendar day. 2. Applicability of this Chapter 2.1 The terms of this Chapter apply where there are no such terms in the other parts of this Contract. 3. Origin
