分解纤维素霉菌的分离,纯化与鉴定 　　摘要: 以滤纸纤维素为碳源,从我院青苑和南区草地的土壤中分别分离1株能分解纤维素的真菌菌株。分别对其进行了滤纸分解度、羧甲基纤维素酶活力(CM Case)、滤纸糖化力(FPA)和天然纤维素酶活力的测定,结果表明:①一种黑色霉菌对滤纸的分解能力最强,不到12小时滤纸全成糊状;②同时羧甲基纤维素酶活力、滤纸糖化力和天然纤维素酶活力也最高,分别为2.568(mg / ml) 30 min 、0.28(mg / ml).h 和227(mg / ml).d。 　　Abstract: Two strains of fungi decomposing cellulose were isolated from the soil of our campus taking the filter paper cellulose as carbon resource.For these strains,the experiments of decomposition of filter paper,determinations of CMC enzyme activity,FPA and natural cellulase activity were done.The results showed that:(1)It was the faster that th
