序号（学号）： 长春大学旅游学院 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 关于长春国际会展中心场馆闲置问题的思考 姓 名 学 院 专 业 会展经济与管理 班 级 指导教师 2016 年 5 月 31 日 关于长春国际会展中心场馆闲置问题的思考 [摘 要] 会展活动主要的物质载体是会展场馆，充分利用会展场馆将直接决定其经济效益。在我国场馆的利用率都不高，会展场馆的闲置，限制了我国会展经济发展的速度。在改革开放的大潮中长春的国际会展业也得到了飞速的增长，场馆在短短的十年内面积几乎翻了两番，在这样的大环境背景下，一些问题也随之暴露出来，会展场馆的特殊性，导致一些会展中心场馆不能得到有效的利用，有些场馆甚至出现了一年都没有一次展出的现象，针对这种现象我们在文中对这种问题进行了分析，通过分析得到影响因素，进而提出改进措施。为了提高长春会展场馆利用率，必须找出制约长春会展场馆利用的因素，并提出相应的对策，从而促进长春国际会展中心场馆的利用。 [关键词] 会展展馆；闲置；利用 Reflections on the International Convention and Exhibition Center Changchun stadiums [Abstract] The exhibition hall is the main material carrier of the exhibition activities， and the utilization of the exhibition hall directly determines the efficiency of the facility. In our country， the utilization rate of convention and exhibition facilities is generally low， so the idle control of exhibition hall is the pace of the development of exhibition economy in China. In the spring tide of reform and opening to the outside world in Changchun International Convention and exhibition industry has also been rapid growth venues within a short span of ten years area almost doubled in the two， under such a background， some problems have been exposed， the particularity of the exhibition venues， resulting in some of the Convention and Exhibition Center venues can not be effective use， some venues even a year are not in a display of the phenomenon， according to this phenomenon we in this paper for this problem are analyzed， through analysis of influence factors， and puts forward the improvement measures. In order to improve the utilization rate of Changchun Convention and exhibition facilities， it is necessary to find out the factors that restrict the use of Changchun Convention and exhibition facilities， and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the utilization of Changchun exhibition venues.
