大学生创业精神与能力提升途径 摘 要 创业精神，是指在创业者的主观认识中，具有开创性的想法、观念、个性、意志、作风和品质等[5]。其内涵表现在自信心、进取心、与众不同的眼光以及胆魄等方面。大学生创业能力主要指交流与沟通能力、资源整合能力、革新能力、领导与决策能力以及承受挫折的能力等。大学生创业精神与能力的培养，首先，要求学校教育要坚持知识与能力的辩证统一。其次，要求教师在教学的全过程中，着重培养和提高学生的实践能力，加强学生心理素质的锻炼。最后，要求学生主动提高自身的知识水平和能力素质，同时锻炼坚强的意志。只有三方合力，在转变教育理念，深化教育教学改革、加强创业教育师资队伍建设、加强对大学生的创业知识教育、加强创业实践活动、大学生全方位学习、充实自己的基础上，才能真正克服大学生创业理念薄弱、筹集资金困难、创业教育体系不完善、缺乏政策扶持、创业政策缺乏执行力等具体问题，才能为大学生创业精神及能力的培养奠定良好的基础，真正推动大学生早日成功创业。 关键词：大学生，创业精神，创业能力，提升途径 ABSTRACT The entrepreneurial spirit is in the subjective world of the entrepreneur, groundbreaking ideas, concepts, individuality, will, style and quality.
