干式变压器保养程序 干式变压器保养程序作者：佚名 时间：2017-8-11 浏览量： .0目的:确保检修后变压器的正常运行。 内容: 范围: 处于运行或停运的变压器每年例行保养一次。 待投运的变压器在投运前预先保养一次。 步骤: 投入备用变压器,断开检修的变压器低压侧断路器,取下控制电源的操作保险,在开关把手处悬挂“禁止合闸”标志牌。 断开检修变压器高压侧的断路器,合上接地开关,对变压器进行充分放电后,锁住高压柜,在开关把手处悬挂“禁止合闸”标志牌。 干式变压器的保养,首先清扫瓷套管和外壳,其次检查外壳、垫片、瓷套管有无破裂、放电痕迹或胶垫有无老化,电缆及母线有无变形现象,有破裂的应进行更换。 检查母线接触面是否保持清洁,接触面应除去氧化层并涂以电力复合脂。 检查变压器的接地是否良好,地线是否腐蚀,腐蚀严重的应更换。 紧固引线端子、销子、接地螺丝、连线母线螺丝,如有松动的应拆下螺丝,或用细平锉轻锉接触面,或更换弹簧垫圈、螺丝,直至接触良好。 清洁变压器周围及配件上的灰尘,检查消防设施及通风系统是否良好。 断开高压侧的接地开关,并锁好高压开关节栉,用2500V摇表测定绝缘电阻。并与变压器出厂前测定值比较,绝缘电阻不应低于出厂时原始数据的70%,若不合格应及时上报处理。 再次合上高压侧的接地开关,让变压器进行放电。 检查变压室及变压器有无遗留工具,撤离现场。 接上低压侧断路器控制电源操作保险,重新挂上“禁止合闸”标志牌,防止向变压器反送电。 断开高压侧接地开关,再次检查变压器现场及低压侧的控制线,无误后,合上变压器高压侧断路器,让变压器试运行取下高压侧标志牌。 详细做好保养试运行记录。 安全注意事项: 摇测绝缘电阻必须两人进行。 在未对变压器进行充放电前,严禁触摸。 防止向变压器反送电及变压器向运行中的母排送电。 保养人应穿绝缘鞋,戴绝缘手套进行操作。 严禁误合闸。 Measures for the routine management of moral education in Middle SchoolsMethod of conventional management of moral education in middle schoolFirst, the guiding ideology:School moral education is an organic whole of the whole education work, always adhere to the school adhere to the moral education, education for this product, and actively promote the quality education, the school building efficient curriculum system of moral education, moral education, improve the sense of attraction and appeal, enhance the moral education work for through and timeliness.
