Background:Severalstudiesanalyzedwhetherconventionaljournalsingeneralmedicineorspecialtiessuchas
pediatricsendorserecommendationsaimingtoimprovepublicationpractice.Despiteevidenceshowingbenefitsof
theserecommendations,theproportionofendorsingjournalshasbeenmoderatetolowandvariedconsiderably
