Abstract
Background:Differentmechanisticmodelshavebeenusedintheliteraturetodescribetheenzymatichydrolysis
ofpretreatedbiomass.Althoughthesedifferentmodelshavebeenappliedtodifferentsubstrates,mostofthese
mechanisticmodelsfitintotwo-andthree-parametermechanisticmodels.Thepurposeofthisstudyistocompare
themodelsanddeterminetheactivationenergyandtheenthalpyofadsorptionofTrichodermare
