EXIT INTERVIEW PROBING QUESTIONS Exit interview provides us an opportunity to learn reasons for the associate’s departure. By talking to associates who are leaving the organization, we can have an inside look at ourselves and make positive changes in our organization. In the interview process, the interviewer should display good listening skills, keep an open mind and show empathy. We should try our best to make the associate leave thinking as positively about the organization as possible. At the end of the interview, please thank the associate for his/her participation.
