创新素质培养为核心的应用型本科人才

摘 要：科学技术的进步和社会经济的发展急需高等教育培养创新性人才，高校人才培养模式的创新是关
键。应用型本科人才培养模式的创新是以培养创新素质为核心来构建和展开的，并从人才培养方案、教学模式、
教学方法、实践教学与第二课堂活动等方面进行全面的实践探索。

Abstract The advancement of science and technology and development of society and economy are in dire need of
training creative talents in higher education . The innovation of talents training mode in university is focused on . Based on the
innovation diathesis education, the talents training mode for application-oriented undergraduate is constructed and developed.
The practical exploration is comprehensively carried out for innovation in aspects of training program, teaching mode, teaching
way, practice teaching and the second classroom.
